Payment Tracking & Partial Payments
Record full or partial payments directly on an invoice, see the amount paid and remaining balance, and keep a payment history. Incorrect manual payments can be reversed without removing them from the audit trail.
Invoice Status & PDF Reliability
Partially paid and overdue invoices now display consistently across dashboard and client views. Uploaded logos render reliably in generated PDFs, and long invoice numbers wrap cleanly without overlapping the logo or other text.
Payment Methods
Add PayPal, Stripe Payment Links, Wise, bank transfer details, or custom payment URLs to your public invoices. BillerBear does not process the payment or add a transaction fee; your chosen provider may charge its own fees.
Proforma Invoices
Create proforma invoices for quotes and estimates. Convert them to final invoices when the client approves.
Automated Payment Reminders
BillerBear now sends automatic email reminders for overdue invoices. Reminders go out on the due date, +3 days, and +10 days. Configure per-invoice or set a default in your profile.
Multi-Currency Support
Choose from supported currencies for each invoice. BillerBear displays the currency consistently across the dashboard, public invoice, emails, and PDF.
Recurring Invoices
Set up invoices to automatically generate on a schedule. Available on the Pro plan.
Invoice Themes
Professional PDF invoice theme with clean layout and modern typography. Pro plan users can access premium themes.
