30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a full 30-day money-back guarantee for all new Pro Plan subscriptions. If you're not completely satisfied with BillerBear within the first 30 days, we'll refund your payment in full—no questions asked.
Eligibility for Refunds
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You request a refund within 30 days of your initial Pro Plan subscription
- This is your first time subscribing to BillerBear Pro
- You contact us directly to request the refund
What's Not Covered
The 30-day guarantee does not apply to:
- Subscription renewals (monthly or annual)
- Previous subscribers who are re-subscribing
- Partial billing periods after the 30-day window
- Requests made more than 30 days after the initial purchase
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, simply contact us at support@billerbear.com with:
- Your account email address
- The reason for your refund request (optional, but helpful for us to improve)
We'll process your refund within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Cancellation vs. Refund
Cancellation and refund are different:
- Cancellation: Stops future billing. You keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period, then your account reverts to the Free plan.
- Refund: Returns your payment. Only available within 30 days of your first subscription. Your account immediately reverts to the Free plan.
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. No penalty, no hassle.
Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscriptions, the same 30-day guarantee applies from the date of purchase. After the 30-day window, we do not offer partial refunds for the remaining months if you decide to cancel mid-year.
Payment Processor
All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all refund processing. In some cases, Paddle may contact you directly regarding your refund.
